Weekend Offender UK was launched in 2004 when two young entrepreneurs` Sam Jones and Rhydian Powell` launched their own business just outside Cardiff` Wales. The friends brought their upstart business to life when they were discussing the absence of a clothing brand that truly represented the younger generation. Over the years` that company has grown to a clothing megastore.
